Man charged with DWI following crash | Crime
A Bootheel Missouri man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a crash that sent him and two others to the hospital.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, it happened at 9:45 p.m. Thursday on Dunklin County Road 322, four miles southwest of Campbell.
Sgt. D. W. Rainey reported 21-year-old Zachary K. Gray of Holcomb was westbound when he failed to stop at an intersection.
Gray’s 1994 Nissan pickup traveled through the intersection and struck a ditch embankment, Rainey reported.
Gray and his two passengers, 22-year-old Dillon S. Lofgren of Gibson and 22-year-old Richard B. Wyrick of Holcomb, were taken to Twin Rivers Medical Center in Kennett with serious injuries.
Rainey said none of the men were wearing seat belts.
Gray was charged with DWI.
