A Region 8 man faces felony DWI charges following a crash that seriously injured a woman.
The crash happened at 9:15 p.m. Thursday on County Road 624, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Andrew W. Farrow, 40, of Dexter was westbound when his 1998 Ford Taurus crested a hill and went airborne.
The car then ran off the road and slammed into an embankment.
Farrow received minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to SoutheastHEALTH in Dexter.
His passenger, 33-year-old Angela D. Brewer of Dexter, was seriously injured. She was taken by ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
