Before she was airlifted to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Searcy was cited with felony driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and no seat belt.
According to Missouri CaseNet, in 2008 Searcy was charged with DWI-Persistent Offender and was sentenced to 4 years in prison. She received a suspended execution of sentence with three years supervised probation.
According to the records, she completed her probation on July 22, 2012.
