Caruthersville Police Dept. arrest report for August 7 | Crime

The charges in these arrests are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

On August 6, at approximately 6:59, Caruthersville police officers were contacted by Lonnie Wiley of Caruthersville.  Wiley reported that he had been assaulted by his brother while the two of them were outside at his mother’s residence at 302 E. 13th Street.  Upon further investigation, officer arrested 52-year-old Lonnie Wiley and 48-year-old David Wiley, both of Caruthersville, for peace disturbance by fighting.  Both subjects were later released on summons to appear in Caruthersville Municipal Court.
