Essex man charged with burglary, forced sodomy | Crime

Stoddard County sheriff's deputies arrested an Essex man Wednesday on multiple charges, including forced sodomy.

According to a news release from Sheriff Carl Hefner, 34-year-old Moses Grayson III was arrested on a warrant for forced sodomy, armed criminal action and 1st-degree burglary.

Grayson is currently being held at the Stoddard County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond.

In an unrelated case, deputies arrested 31-year-old Lisa Marie Wells of Crystal City on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

Her bond was set at $5,000.  At last report Wells was still in jail.
