Prison escapee captured in SEMO | Crime
An Iowa prison escapee has been captured in Southeast Missouri.
Steven L. Adcock, 42, reportedly walked away from a prison work detail Monday.
He was serving a 16-year prison sentence for burglary, theft and drug possession.
On Wednesday Stoddard County sheriff’s deputies arrested him in Bloomfield.
Adcock is being held on a $150,000 cash-only bond awaiting an extradition hearing.
