Four people were hospitalized Friday, March 16, following a single-car crash in Stoddard County.
The crash happened at 6:40 p.m. on County Road 442, 5 miles northwest of Dexter.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2001 GMC driven by 18-year-old Lindsey J. Stallings of Dexter ran off the road and struck a tree.
Stallings was taken to Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter with moderate injuries.
Also injured were 19-year-old Matthew Horton of Bernie, 20-year-old MIchael Horton of Malden and Megan Murphy of Dexter. They were also taken to Missouri Southern Healthcare.
