Baby escapes serious injury after car backs over her | News
A one-year-old toddler received just minor injuries Tuesday morning when she was run over by a car.
The accident happened at 11:15 a.m. at a home on Route V, seven miles north of New Madrid.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper B. A. Pratt, 23-year-old Mallory Woods of Lilbourn apparently backed her 2012 Chevy Malibu over Elizabeth Hall of New Madrid.
Hall was taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston with minor injuries.
